New Beginners Yoga Flow and Pilates class starting early September! Refer a friend from next week and claim your free class!

Beginners Yoga flow will commence on Mon 23rd September at 9am at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre. This Yoga flow class will be a traditional yoga vinyasa flow class, designed to create heat and build strength through creative sequencing. This is ideal for those who are new to yoga, but also for those with some experience, all levels are welcome!


Small group Pilates is every on Thursday at 9am at Mountsorrel library. I shall be keeping the pilates class to a maximum of 7 students so allow for more one on one time and there were some great planks in class this morning! Both classes are now available to book via the website and there are class packages available or drop in only sessions are also available, so there are options for all. Why Pilates? In addition to improved posture, mobility, strength, there is some more emphasis on core control and stability which is really important for those with short/ long term lower back problems. Yoga and Pilates is suitable for ALL, any age and any level.

From week commencing 9th September, if you refer a friend to any class you will receive a free class of your choice!
