Spring is here! Just a few little updates over here as it’s been a while since I have posted and we have a couple of bank holidays approaching!
Current class schedule:
Mondays at 10am Stretch and Flow, a perfect start to the week!
Tuesdays at 5.30pm Stretch and Flow, a perfect way to end your day!
Thursdays at 9.30 Clinical Led Pilates- focussing on mobility and strength.
There will be NO Monday stretch and flow class
On 4th and 25th May due to the bank holidays, so why not head to my library section on my website/APP to purchase a class to maintain your yoga practice.
Thank you to those who show up week after week, getting to the mat is the hardest part of our practice, it’s the showing up, the consistency and the dedication where we reap the benefits of our yoga practice.❤️
