The Wednesday Stretch and Release class has now moved to The Arc Community Hub in Loughborough at the time of 5.30pm. Come and join this class to improve mobility, flexibility, reduce the risk of injuries, or just to have a REALLY good stretch and to switch off from this fast paced world for an hour. A slow paced class suitable for all levels.
I am delighted to announce from August this year, I shall be offering an additional Stretch and Release day time class! This will take place at 10am on a Monday morning class at Mountsorrel Memorial C
Stretch and Release has now relocated the lovely venue at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre (MMC) on a Tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm. Come and join me in the lovely Billson room!
