I am delighted to announce from August this year, I shall be offering an additional Stretch and Release day time class! This will take place at 10am on a Monday morning class at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre. The class is ideal for those wanting a slower style yoga but also with some extra challenges thrown in each week! The class will improve your mobility, flexibility, posture and will also help you switch off for the hour, helping to calm the mind and the body. I invite you to join me on the mat!
