May 2020 - Well this is very exciting! My postman has just delivered my two (very thick!) RYT teacher training manuals, I have got a lot of studying ahead of me over the next few weeks but I know it will all be worth it in the end!!!
I am delighted to announce from August this year, I shall be offering an additional Stretch and Release day time class! This will take place at 10am on a Monday morning class at Mountsorrel Memorial C
Stretch and Release has now relocated the lovely venue at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre (MMC) on a Tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm. Come and join me in the lovely Billson room!
I am SO SO excited to announce that Stretch and Release will return on Monday 6th February at the new time of 7.45pm at The Arc Community Centre in Loughborough on Knox Road!
