I'm SUPER DUPER excited to be able to offer an in person yoga class on a Saturday morning at 10am at the Arc Community Hub, Knox Road in Loughborough, its a new building with lots of light and lots of space and really is perfect. This is something I have wanted to do for a long time but due to COVID restrictions, I have only been able to teach online for the past year which just isn't the same. Come and roll out your mat and start your weekend the right way!
I am delighted to announce from August this year, I shall be offering an additional Stretch and Release day time class! This will take place at 10am on a Monday morning class at Mountsorrel Memorial C
Stretch and Release has now relocated the lovely venue at Mountsorrel Memorial Centre (MMC) on a Tuesday 5.30pm-6.30pm. Come and join me in the lovely Billson room!
